Sites worth visiting around Cap de Creus

Cap de Creus :

Have a swim in the Mediterranean sea at Port de la Selva or Cadaqués.

Take a walk along the seafront at Cadaqués. Be there early though, because it gets a lot of visitors in the summer.

Visit the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes – one of the most important monuments of Romanesque art in Europe. Not only that, the views from the monastery are fantastic.

Look at Dalí's home in the attractive cove of  Port Lligat. The house is decorated on both the inside and out in the surrealistic style of the famous artist.

Seek out one of the dolmens that can be seen in this area, for example at Vilajuïga, Capmany, or Creu d'en Cobertella. The latter (1.5km from Roses) is the largest megalithic monument in Catalonia.
